Important dates if you are applying for the Ambassador Cultural Exchange program.
10th November 2025
AGM
6.30 pm at the Deerubbin Centre, 300 George Street Windsor. Come and join our wonderful committee.
14th November 2025
Applications Close
Applications close at 5pm. Late submissions will NOT be accepted.
7th December 2025
Interview & Selection Day
If you are applying for the Ambassador Cultural Exchange Program you must be available for this day from 9.30am.- 4.00pm. Not all applicants will be selected for this next step.
Mid July - Mid August
Inbound Japanese and USA Students
Our inbound students are usually in Australia from mid July to mid August
Sep - Oct
Outbound Australian Students Travel Overseas
These dates usually straddle the NSW school holidays with an extra week either side.
